Woman to Woman is a program from OCRFA that “pairs gynecologic cancer patients with trained survivor volunteers who provide one-on-one emotional support and mentoring to women when they need it most.”
Woman to Woman had a tone and look that missed the mark for the patients and their mentors. We worked with OCRFA to create a brand that found a balance between strength, positivity, and encouragement. We used OCRFA’s established brand palette, and stayed focused on imagery and typography.
The League of Moveable Type’s Raleway provided us with the type of W we were looking for. The brand elements were built from the angles in the W – from a pattern and mark that represented women supporting each other, to a larger, angled element that moves in an upward motion. The new brand was applied to print materials and a website.
